Blueprint Recovery – Map Out Your Way Forward
All coaching is virtual (Zoom), peer-based, and designed for young adults and their families.
All packages include between-session text and email check-ins as needed to sustain momentum toward your goals. We’ll work out specifics and boundaries in the Coaching Agreement after our initial conversation.
What We Offer

1:1 Recovery Coaching
Join weekly 55-minute sessions that combine practical tools, lived-experience mentorship, and compassionate accountability.
Together, we build skills, identify triggers, build relapse-prevention routines, and track progress week-to-week.
Optional family add-ons bring parents or partners into the plan when helpful for your recovery.

Recovery Together Package
Blueprint Recovery offers coaching for you and for your family and support system.
We meet jointly or separately (your choice) to set healthy boundaries, repair trust, and align on recovery goals.
We’ll learn how you and your loved ones can move from conflict to collaboration.
