• As described in our Coaching & Pricing Agreements

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Zoom, Calendly). Your use of these services is subject to their independent privacy policies.

4. Data Storage, Transfers & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted cloud services or password-protected platforms. No physical paper files are retained.

Payment details are handled securely by Stripe.

While we use industry-standard safeguards, no method of digital transmission or storage is infallibly secure.

Where applicable, data may be transferred across jurisdictions (e.g., EU–US transfers). We will use standard contractual clauses, consent, or other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

8. Minor’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under age 13 without verified parental consent. For clients under age 18, data will be collected only with guardian involvement and always under confidentiality terms specified in our Coaching Agreement.

9. Retention of Personal Data

We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for collection—such as service provision or compliance. We may retain data longer if required by legal or regulatory obligations. Once retention is no longer necessary, personal data will be securely deleted.

We may also retain signed agreements, service records, and payment history for as long as required by law or for business record keeping purposes, even if you discontinue coaching.

Blueprint is not a HIPAA‑covered entity and does not provide licensed medical or mental health services. However, we treat your data with high confidentiality and ethical care, consistent with professional coaching standards. Any health-related information you provide is managed under the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Coaching Agreement.
